HOW DO I GET A QUOTE AND PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply call or email us and we will discuss the scope of your needs in order for us to begin the quoting process. When you are ready to place an order, contact us back and we will enter your purchase order number to begin the production process.
IS THERE A SHOP RATE?
The majority of orders are price quoted prior to production - however some choose to forego the quoting process and wish to enter orders on a "time and material" basis. Where we would immediately begin production, and then present actual labor and material charges upon completion of the project. This can save time for orders that are needed as soon as possible.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A PRICE QUOTE?
Our goal is to turn price quotes around within two business days. If we are in need of more information in order to properly quote a project, this may delay the process.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
Our standard terms are NET 30 after credit has been established. If no credit terms have been established, then payment upon completion is required. We accept cash and check only at this time.
WHAT IS YOUR STANDARD TURNAROUND TIME FOR ORDERS?
The completion time is specific to the difficulty of the project. We normally try to turn every job within two business weeks. Smaller orders can be turned within a few business days depending on the difficulty and availability of materials.
