CVM utilizes 3 press brakes that allow us to process precision formed parts. Whether it is close tolerance radii, curves, or bump bending, our trained staff combined with our advanced equipment enables us to peform some of the most challenging sheet metal bends. 

We currently run:

Amada HRB2204 - 14' x 243 ton

Amada RG80 - 6' x 80 ton

(2) AllSteel - 10' x 120 ton  

 

CVM can also roll form sheetmetal up to 60" W x 7 ga thickness, bead roll, and apply pittsburgh seams if required.
